How do I know a risk classification from Maditon is correct?

Three mechanisms, and they are visible in the product rather than promised in marketing copy.

The citation quotes the law, not just its number. A reference like “Annex III” is not checkable without a second tab. Maditon shows the sentence itself, retrieved from the regulation corpus, beside the conclusion it produced — with the full source available in one click and a control to flag the citation if you think it is wrong. Flagged citations are reviewed.

A verification pass grades the answer. After classification, a second pass checks each conclusion back against the retrieved legal text. It emits a confidence score and an explicit list of claims it could not support. When confidence falls below threshold, or a citation cannot be grounded, the result is marked as requiring expert review rather than shown as settled.

Nothing counts until a person accepts it. The classification stays a draft until a named member of your team accepts it, and the acceptance is recorded with who and when.

A tool that is never uncertain is not more reliable than one that admits doubt — it has only hidden the parts you needed to look at.
