What is in a Maditon compliance dossier?
A dossier is a single PDF/A-1b file covering the organisation's AI systems: each system's accepted classification with the articles and quoted regulation text behind it, the obligation checklist and its status, the evidence attached to each obligation, and the acceptance record showing who accepted what and when.
The dossier exists to answer one question in one document: show me that you have done this.
It is generated on demand and covers, per AI system: the system description, the accepted risk classification and the reasoning behind it, the citations including the quoted regulation passages, the obligation checklist with each item’s status, the evidence attached to each item, and the acceptance trail naming the person who accepted each determination and when.
The format is PDF/A-1b, the ISO archival profile. That is a deliberate choice over an ordinary PDF: PDF/A embeds its fonts and forbids external dependencies, so the file renders the same way in ten years as it does today. A compliance record that depends on a font being installed is not a record.
Generation is a single authenticated request. There is no approval step and no queue you have to be let into — if you can see the data, you can export it.
